September Workshop

The ladies of the guide got together for a Military Strippers day in Sept. We did a lot of stripping (2 1/2" strips), chatting, and eating.

Workshops

June taught a really cool workshop in May about Fabric Cut & Fold.  The technique results in some really beautiful wreath-like blocks.

In June, we had a guest teacher who taught a class on Scrappy 9-Patch Miniatures.  The ladies had a ton of fun and showed their finished projects at the next guild meeting during Sew & Tell!

Delilah also taught a great workshop in July.  We had one of the largest turn-outs on record for this Locker Hooking class!

Bargello Workshop

In April, the Viola (center) taught a Bargello class!  We had a brand new workspace and about 11 participants - fun, fun!

Then, some of the ladies brought their finished Bargello projects to Sew & Tell at the guild meeting!

Upcoming Workshop: Bargello

There's a workshop coming up and Viola's giving a lesson on how to make a Bargello Table Runner!  Here's a couple of Bargello projects to get you inspired...

Debbie's Bargello Placemats (last year's workshop)
Do these look like fun?  Does this technique interest you?  If so, come join us in our workshop on April 20th.  I'm really looking forward to this one!  Hope you are, too!
